We are not big team, obviously we can't afford so expensive players like elfi to underperform and not achieve at least some goals that we set up together. Maybe bigger teams can, we can't. Yes, elfi was probably our best player (togehter with LZ), but you must be aware that we have different expectations from different players, aswell they have different contracts with salary and with different benefits, which are competent with their skill level, results and other stuff. Otherwise elfi is great guy, hard working, and very friendly, and after all he understands our situation and our need to make this move that we made well, so i don't see such need for inappropriate comments or hatred towards us. It is just business and financial decision from our side, from which point we must move on. | ||
