Protoss is definitely the least whiny by far because they are too busy telling people to l2p and being douche bags acting like their race is doing so well because they have the better players.
funny thing is it was proven 100x that mules don't outweight 7 units (that could mine) out of one cheap building.
but since the early WOL days, where maps were small and terran allins really were strong, that the mule mythos stands. but I guess those who complain should then switch to the IMBA races to see for themselfes. I did that and was surprised, now I only whine about the things that really don't appear be right.
Problem is also that the game may be balanced or only slightly off balance in Korean GM but the farther you go down the bigger the balance gap gets and therefore we see no foreign Terran winning something and therefore even more the problem: the players. The game gets more and more annoying to the 99% here that are not pros but play for the fun, blizzard should actually also care about them a bit.

Notice that the smart non-terrans aren't saying anything. There's nothing they could say, because Terran is undeniably, 100%, underpowered right now.

Well, nowadys we've "he who should not be named" (the sc2 version, avilo, not sAviOr) and this guy whines. still, saying that 'one race whines the most' is childish and fashist. i don't even know why we are discussing this here.

We could actualy end up seeing 4 terran in the semis and a terran taking it all (taeja). Only a couple good terrans in gsl now so I feel gsl is poor example of race distribution. People complain way too much about balance and blizzard caters to them. wc3, wow, sc2, hots, i've watched it for years.
