Next up rooting for Snute, I'm not sure how his ZvZ is but I think his ZvP is solid enough to get Hasu and on Mvp's worst days his ZvT is probably strong enough as well.

I'm not sure what MVP's connection is like, but he could very well have a strong enough line to support a VPN. Could be other issues too, I'm shit at computers so I wouldn't know, but something tells me if it were that simple loads of other Koreans would have done it already.
