Well his TvP has always been his weakest for sure, but if you look at TvZ, he was very good for a long time, although not as reputed as Mvp, MMA or for some reason even Jjakji (rofl), but then around the time of Stephano's meteoric ascent (and I guess various Korean zergs as well, like Hyun and Leenock) he just fell apart in the matchup and never recovered. It's very sad, really.
