I dont think it is a good idea to compete with the "standard" ... which is Liquipedia. The Blizzard lists also could use the color code for the regions to make things easier to discern. The boxes for the tournament fields seem a bit too big so they "waste space".

They should just stop wasting their own effort and simply link to Liquipedia (because there is already a very dedicated group of people working on it with a lot of expertise) ... but not without "compensating" the people for their effort.

No left side bar D:

Sweet website none the less, the official standings being provided all in once place is nice.

Jesus! Blizzard is on fire lately!

I added a sentence to your OP so it could be used in community news.

If Blizzard wanna redirect towards more than a stream link from the client when the finals are happening, there's a need for this. Honestly, from a casual viewer point of view, TL.net is a frightening time machine to the 90's when it comes to UX.

Also, they are already linking to Liquipedia.

I really like all the credits that Blizzard is giving to all the content. Nowhere does it seem like they're taking credit for things that aren't there. The stream mentions ESL and Twitch. All the articles are just blurb and link to the actual content. It seems like a great portal for all the WCS content out there.
Even during difficult times, when I sat down to play the game, there were times where it felt like god has descended down and played [for me].

Today Blizzard released their WCS portal, which can be found here http://wcs.battle.net/sc2/en. Includes all of the standard information such as match times, standings, as well as live streams and videos of past matches.

It is finally here and it is looking good!

Where are the videos of past matches? I'd love a centralized vod location, especially if it's spoiler-free, but I don't see it.

Maybe the following is something to put in the OP. We finally get to see some of the former IPL staff:

What's Tim's ID? I remembered Kibbelz (or however the hell he spelled it) instantly, and miss his casting, but couldn't remember the other guys ID.

Man, I was looking at the players in the season finals earlier today and was thinking the one player it was really missing was Leenock. Now I see he was right on the edge of making it. Too bad

Ah, so they're exactly the opposite of spoiler-free.

Can people explain it to me why HerO has 300 more points than Soulkey and Mvp?

HerO got 300 extra points for reaching the DreamHack Stockholm (non-WCS tier 1 tournament) semi finals.
