All they will say is that the process for converting 'mycard points' into battle net points is under maintenance and they cannot say when it will be fixed. (Note: I got this from them 2 days ago)

It appears, that the 150 point trial works, because that converts DIRECTLY into a battlenet point currency , i.e. you can get a 150 point battle net card.

But because you (and i) have a 1000 or 2000 point mycard, those dont convert directly.

Until mycard fixes the system to convert there points into bnet points, your best option for an 'unlimited' taiwan account (perhaps after trying via the 150 point method as shown in the OP) is to get the 1150 "BNET" Card from offgamers and then just charge the account up that way as other have done successfully.
