If SK players see him having great success with SC2 in the international scene, I think we'll be able to grow the community past where the BW community essentially stopped (focus in SK, spattering outside) | ||

wouldn't it be better to stuck with players from one server (us, eu, asia) though? i feel like borrowing accounts for clanwars and tournamentts will suck :l | ||

- The high prize sums in non-profit organised tournaments and the amount of them is already extraordinary(+ it's still just the beta). - The teams that are organising and those who started even before the beta release. - The 22500 usd in the last sc:bw tournament ... The difference here is that it's Garimto and serious money in the deal. This is what it's going to take to be a major team in sc2, the other teams will have to follow. With plenty of teams backed up financially like this (hopefully SK making theirs soon) we'll see lan tournaments popping up, international teams meeting up in broadcasted clashes( ESL probably, of course WCG and more coming up hopefully) With that said... I'm hopeful about this summer and the release of the game. It'll be huge, Blizzard will back it up (or else...) | ||

i wonder if they will be able to dominate the tons of young wannabes that sure will pop up with sc2 release. well, first of all i wonder if sc2 will even be good enough of an esports game so that there will be any domination at all. | ||
