I just patched my beta installation (de version) with an 8,5 gb patch, after that I couldn't login due to the "wrong version of sc2". I noticed in the options menu that as "what version do you want to use for multiplayer" WoL was selected, but I couldn't change it, e.g. select hots as multiplayer. So I figured, as stated in this thread a few pages before, that you need to have the us client installed to connect to the NA beta servers. So i uninstalled the beta, deleted all the agents and downloaded the us client installation file via battle.net account management. And now it won't install - "failed to download a required update. please check your internet connection and try again." any ideas? i disabled the windows firewall etc. pp. i am clueless | ||

EDIT: Well, Brood War had the ability to watch with multiple people. The Resume from Replay and Take Control features are new and...pretty amazing! | ||
