The 1 player I did sign (CB/DM) broke his leg in training 2 months into the season and will miss 7 months ㅠ_ㅠ Gonna try and use as many players from Holland and Belgium as I can, plus maybe some from Scandinavia. How does this region compare with others in FM13 as far as producing players goes? | ||

croatia and mexico produce god tier regens very often though (dinamo and chivas are like wonderkid factories or something) spain are also good but hard to capitalise because they go to RM/barca portugal is very good in lower leagues because they don't have costs on most of their players england are trash, like in real life west africa is worth checking every so often everything else is hit and miss, I find | ||

Seriously, that's what I can say. I just finished first season in Championship, as Wrexham. Years of building up a team. And...we won the promotion. 6th place on the finish and suddenly my team went on rampage. We killed Swansea in semi-finals and absolutely destroyed Leeds 5:2. They just patched it too this morning, I can't check it out until later though but I'm excited to see what's new. I'm playing as schalke and the scheduling is killing me, they don't have a deep squad at all. But that's changed quite a bit since Mourinho bought Farfan off me for 52m for some reason which bankrolled about 7 buys plus some great frees. Some of the transfer stuff is a bit wonky. I have almost a full wonderkid team now. Draxler, Meyer, Vitinho, Diego Reyes, Papadopoulos, Balanta, Benzia | ||

I like the current Arsenal squad, so the only transfer I made was buying Freiburg's Matthias Ginter for about £10m, to finally bring some depth to the center of defense. Oh and there are three -10s, two South American guys and Pogba. Best young LB is Alex Sandro, best young RB is Gino Peruzzi. A less expensive option is Montoya from Barca but not as good. Yes I also paid for beta genie scout, I'm an addict. | ||

Some things to do before you get started: Add real players to the German and Japanese national teams, and fix competition names (eg European Champions Cup is now UEFA Champions League; English Premier Division is now Barclays Premier League, etc.) Real team and competition logos Self-explanatory. Makes the game more immersive since you don't have those generic logos anymore (Note: Not yet updated for FM14). Player faces I'd recommend getting this as soon as possible, while people are still seeding the torrent (it's 6GB). | ||
