Meaning that it could cost several hundred dollars extra to just make quebec law happy... Not to mention paperwork and a few other hoops to jump through. One being that they cant advertise or do anything regarding the promotion until Quebec ok's the promotional material,advertisements and anything used in the event before the event is announced to the public or it becomes invalid. Meaning if there is a broadcast of the event or whatever they have to Ok that broadcast in its entirety before the tournament is ran =/ meaning that is impossible, as the games being broadcasted havent even been played or the tournament even starting yet.... TL:DR Quebec has very weird laws making gaming tournaments impossible to run. | ||
