I been getting into it anime suck balls, manga updates slowly and I need some shitty reading in my life. I've read the translated SAO stuff. It's not bad. I dropped it for some reason or another, and haven't picked it up again. It was interesting enough, so I probably should find it again. I was basically on the last arc(and supposedly it's the best one)

Probably my favorite piece of anything ever. I was wondering if your nick came from Worm. It's one of my favourite superhero stories. The characters are engaging and act appropriately, the powers are interesting and well defined, and the villains are probably one of the scariest I've ever encountered in fiction. If you want to know about some of the more interesting powers: For those interested, parahumans.wordpress.com It's a story about Taylor Hebert, a young introverted teenager who has the power to control bugs. She decides to escape from her sucky daily life by going out in costume. It's pretty long, and I'd say if you don't enjoy it after Arc 8 don't bother reading further. Spoilers below on my reading of the story. + Show Spoiler + Timeskip was a bit meh imo. I really liked the chapter where Taylor was at the middle school, just before the Behemoth attack on India. Also my favourite line of the entire story is still "It was over. And I was free to finally lose my mind."

+ Show Spoiler + I looked away. I looked up. My eyes were wet. So many stars. The universe so vast. We’re s- so very small, in the end. This part was fucking incredible, in my opinion. Further Spoilers + Show Spoiler + I also really didn't like the timeskip that much, but Wildbow is smoothing that over so hopefully that becomes good. My favorite part was definitely the Slaughterhouse 9 first and then literally everything from Eidolon's death to the end of Worm.

Swings can be a killer workout.

Lifting will help your heart but it won't help your "cardio" in the sense of endurance and running if that's what you looking for.

It's pretty much all shit unless you're one of those people who likes running or that kind of thing. At least a pool just FEELS nice while you're working out (imo).

I mean, if you want to improve your cardio without stressing your lungs, that's going to be difficult :p Runnings a lot more fun if you do it interval style though, fast walk/slow jog interspersed with flat out sprinting. I never enjoyed that slow constant plod some people can do, but the high from just running as fast as you possibly can is great. Just make sure you warm up so you don't fuck over a muscle. Basically if it raises your heart rate a lot for extended periods of time it's training your heart.
