Is tryharding only good when you tryhard at winning? And if so, does "winning" mean that you have to beat someone at a game?
Because if that is the case, then I have no interest in being a tryhard.

If I'm a tryhard at winning then that makes it impossible for me to tryhard my hardest at having fun. Does that count for anything? no Is tryharding only good when you tryhard at winning? Do you mulligan for Chow/Undertaker/Leper gnomes over ghouls or lightwardens then? I'm getting 100% buttfucked by a secret+water elemental mage atm. I guess I should just ignore his board and rush face, my mistake.

ToG is amazing, one of my favorite manhwa's right now. I also really enjoy Kingdom and Knight Run, although they aren't really in the same vein. I should probably watch some old GSL games to get hyped for this ban match, BITBYBIT.Prime inc?

IWD is much more combat/dungeon-crawl focused and not as fun as BG. I'd only play IWD if the gameplay of BG feels good for you.

My only complaint is that you forgot to add Castlevania as an option for both of the polls. Otherwise looks great!

The draw of PS:T, Arcanum, Fallout, and the like only really stand out the second time through the game, because that's when you actually get to appreciate how the flow of the game is molded to your decisions. The first time through you don't experience that because having only made one choice, you don't get to see how the game changes were those choices different. This is also the strength of computer RPGs as a storytelling medium. If the game is only telling one story (or several highly similar stories that only differ by flowchart ending selection, which is more common in games), then yes, it's not telling a story better than a book or even a movie. The best PC RPGs stand out because they do better than that.
