I would definitely make the "he wins a lot, he'll win here" argument, for all the talk about SC2's inconsistency, there are actually very few players with multiple major tournament wins, and pretty much all of them are considered among the very best players to have ever touched the game. Also, Polt won Catz's online tournament vs sOs, who won IEM. So, MLord, Drogo, Hydra, and Nerchio. They are the 4 players you ranked ahead of Polt. Hydra I would rank above Polt. Those other 3, I would not. | ||

There was that one Chinese team league that allowed for 1vArchon matches, ByuN won most of them. | ||

Based on the results they displayed- Polt has objectively worse NA results than Hydra. Polt's significantly more sporatic than MarineLorD/Nerchio. I valued the consistency shown by Nerchio/MarineLorD over him, Iv valued Hydra's head-to-head and in-region performance over him, and I valued PtitDrogo a little too heavily in general due to his Leipzig performance. How is that incorrect? | ||
