I'd almost put BW Flash in that sorta cheesy but still has godlike macro to back it up category. It seemed like half the time I saw him play there were raxes in the middle of the map.

Hitman has some VERY strange PvP builds. Sometimes he plays 1 gate expands... sometimes he plays standard blink... and sometimes he proxies a robo and things get wild.
And yeah, he likes his DTs He has a oracle + phoenix into DTs build.
