I think (80% sure) he went gasless 1 rax -> CC -> gas -> factory -> starport.
Rax made 2-3 marines and he scouted the proxy stargate with the marine. Lost the scouting marine to stalker so marine count wasnt even enough to fill bunker.
Then he had to spend money on engg bay and turret...

I don't think iaguz was going reaper because he wanted to be able to handle 10/11 gate.

Yeah that's what I guessed too... Terran players probably know better than me (I never proxy stargate vs T) but this seems like a very bad opening choice vs Has.
