I think some SH are fine, like the 10-12 SH push that Solar and Soulkey used to do a year ago and the tech into Hive. But this style with mass defense, argh it's so frustrating to watch Zealot's running into spines over and over again. When I face a turtleing Toss/Terran (I'm Zerg) I rather just leave the game than play this style.

Rain just got FCKed (FireCaKed that is).

their games never devolve into this garbage

Firecake will never, ever come close to skill the top Koreans (which Dark is a part of) have. He will never win a GSL or equivalent, or do well in PL.
firecake is trash, he can stroke his ego by winning against a Korean playing with latency at 5 Am if he wants, and you're free to admire him for that.
I don't see anything impressive out of firecake, he just knows how to use swarmhosts to win games and that's all he knows how to do.

lol firecake's whole relevancy is based on SHs.

Doesn't mean they don't try SH stallmates (RorO, Soulkey, Life, Dark to some extent).

Agree, FireCake has been boring us to death for 2 years, but now he's able to defeat top Korean Protosses in a long macro game. As dull as it is to watch we're forced to respect this.

Koreans do play for SH draws every once in a while (Life on Nimbus comes to min). Though when they do go for it, they are much weaker than they're EU counterparts.

Let's face it, without the 2nd game throw..it should be a 3-0. I'm glad to have a french player there, but hey, Rain, wtf?
