Agreed, but then again they might not have even got themselves in that position. Every player has their positive and negative sides, which is what makes this game great. We could say the same for PartinG, that (almost) all other Protoss players would still lose in his spot, but he micro'd his heart out in all seven games. Even though I was rooting for Flash, I loved this final and in general they both played really well. Both their futures seem very bright if they keep this up!

The three most unorthodox, exciting, and clutch players for each race (besides maybe Zest). I REALLY hope ST/YFW and KeSPA can work it out and maybe cut the penalty down to 1/2 rounds. Parting deserves to be in PL.

Great event, great production with all the videos and stuff, great games and an absolutely overwelming Final Thank you Take and crew! I would love to play a few 1v1s now, but I'm way too shaky right now, such a sick final. Thank you Dennis + crew.

Since the start of his SC2 career he has 1 single win. And for some reason people still rate him high. Boggles the mind. And not only did he lose in the finals, he was out microed like a gold player. Parting met his marauders with his stalkers and raped MMMM without detection with just excellent micro. Yeah, just another scrub like soO. soO is considered superior to Flash because he has gotten to the finals of the GSL 4 times. And even then he doesn't get as much respect as he should for that. Flash hasn't ever gotten to a GSL final, and has only won one foreign tournament. And yet people vote to see him in Hotsix cup. It just seems like he is skating on his past accomplishments and his fans are just mobbing the polls.

TaKe and his crew are such a big asset of the SC2 scene and I hope we're gonna have another 10 HomeStory Cups ! Yup completly agree. Loved the atmosphere at Take's "flat" a bit more ! This HSC was still great obv, and a lot to this has to do with game's quality and the finals Yeah TBH it didn't really feel like HSC because it felt too professional. Still, great tournament, but I missed the casual atmosphere of the previous ones

Flash has nothing on MVP's 7 GSL finals and 4 GSL Titles. The MVP from 2011 was the most dominant in eSports history, if it wasn't for injury he would still be dominating like back then. Can't disagree. Mvp was at another level, and is rightly the only God of sc2. And also he rolled Parting.

They are known for being a capable team for saving others from drowning in pools. I like this reference. WCG2010. Never forget. Kal (BW programer) almost drowned in a pool (he was drunk, iirc), another guy (coach or something) tried to help him but Kal was fighting him back and both started drowning really hard. Jaedong and Flash remained calm and collected, jumped in the pool, worked as a team and saved both their fellows from real drowning. It sounds silly but from the way the witnesses told the story, it was pretty serious. Mostly because Kal is a huge dude. If he fights you back it's pretty tough to help him. Nope he wasn't drunk, he just didn't know how to swim l0l. Also only Flash jumped in the pool, JD didn't (I don't think he knows how to swim).

All of Group B RO16 (specifically MC vs Taeja and MC vs JaeDong, Flash vs Parting Grandfinals) I'd also watch Taeja vs Flash just because of the caliber of players involved.

Flash is consistently placing high and occasionally demolishing some of the best players in the world. He is definitely not just skating on past accomplishments.
