It's overhyped, gets off to a great start, both sides get into some huge conflicts right out of the gate, then culminates in a complete shutdown. Nobody knows what's going on and everyone is left either shrugging shoulders or pointing fingers. The audience is left jaded by several cycles of the same old shit, and when a conclusion is finally reached, it's a shadow of what could have been and nobody's fooled.

yes? it's a myth that honesty is better for PR. if they're honest then it's just going to magnify the complaints 100x and give the impression of mistrust between blizzard and the staff/personalities they hired on to their event. i dont see what we would gain from day9 telling us what we already know
