The honorable thing to do is, once you have said you retire, you actually stop playing it competitively? Idk, maybe its just up to the individual, but me personally if I say I retire, I will stop, it is just honorable to do. If I dont it makes me look like I just want to gain attention He retired from professional starcraft. He did noit retire from Starcraft, he only doesn't prioritize it anymore. So that's two different things.

But then if he was gonna do this then there is no need to publicly annouce his retirement then? Nothing wrong with him playing, just that he shouldn't announce his retirement if he plans on playing still,it's just not honorable IMO.

Cause I put it there? I'll just copy paste what I said again "I just think he said he retired to gain popularity, to attract attention really. So I can just say that same thing? Imagine myself being a pro SC player. Then I announce publicly I retire. That will automatically attract lots of attention. Then I keep playing. That's just a stupid and cheap move then. If he still plans on playing SC2, by all means go ahead but don't announce the retirement then?

If you publicly retire from professional starcraft and do not play starcraft professionaly anymore (Which Stephano does not do), you do not break your word or anything like that. Retiring from Starcraft is not the same as retiring from professional starcraft.
