Can't take that tournament seriously though because of the name.

That doesn't count when they're both on EU tho.

I doubt people who will make this argument wont really care about that.

I gave my personal seal of approval to make NDI Premier

So how does it break down?

2 weeklies=1 minor
2 minor=1 major
2 major=1 premier

do weeklies and monthly count for the same?, or is it 2 weeklies = 1 monthly and 2 monthly = 1 minor?

And where do team events fit in?

Pretty sure they will, because koreans playing on NA servers from Korea is something legitimate to whine about in a lot of cases. Since this affects both players it can't be used as an excuse for a loss.

This is the problem right here, everyone has their own definition of what a "legitimate" excuse is. This is yours while others "legit" excuse might be that any "lag" environment actually wont count as a "real" win since players most of the time train and practice in good latency environment.

Well, in my opinion, players on the professional level should be able to change up their builds to accomodate some ping. Not go heavy micro-oriented builds if you have 200 ping and such.

But that's just my opinion.
