Did not know that, although I have no reason to log in while viewing from phone. But I do know that it doesn't push ads.
It was released fairly recently, so I'm guessing there wasn't enough time to set up so that only members could see the stream. Or it might not even be possible from Twitchs end to restrict it like that yet, who knows.
