Well looks like 8/12 of Code A directly advancing to Code S are from Kespa. Also interestingly no Kespa player lost to an esf player in the final round of Code A.

And two eSF players won the gigantic Code B tournament that had more KeSPA players than eSF players.

Also, any time someone brings up KeSPA dominance, just post a picture of Soulkey/sOs.

I too would be a sore loser if my side always lost...just saying

It shows that two guys who couldnt do shit in BW individual leagues can make it to GSL semis and show the world why they couldn't do shit in BW leagues.

Soulkey was one of the top bw players just fyi

fyi Soulkey couldn't do shit in BW individual leagues.

That would be good. I too want to celebrate Soulkey's and Sos's advancement into the ro4 of the GSL and their combined 15-6 record against esf player that got them to that point.

I dont understand the fuss about kespa vs esf.. in a couple of seasons kespa and esf will unite into 1 teamleague and individual league.. everyone can see that comming (saves money, easier branding, more opportunities, bigger impact on blizzard = all is more potential). I dont understand the guerilla of kespa vs esf.

Except for the only Kespa player Symbol beat is Soo and Shine. Soulkey and Sos knocked out Maru (twice), Marineking, Bomber, Taeja, and Losira. Symbol had the easiest path to the ro4 and tomorrow's game versus innovation will show why.

Soulkey was top 3 bw zerg in the World, maybe the best zerg. sHy was a very strong a-team protoss. I have followed him closely since he was on OZ.

Im not sure about top 3 zerg, top 5 maybe :p
JD/effort and then SK/ZerO duo
sHy is a very new player much like Rain, I mean..unless he's a prodigy like Life,Flash...you dont have much accomplished within the first few years of your esports career

Ro24 stats: Kespa 5-0 ESF

Code A combined stats: Kespa 16-11 ESF

Pretty good defense by ESF although they fell apart at the end

If Vegas had betting for their ro4 match, innovation would be very favored. But hey, I too sometimes like to rely on blind faith. Screw statistics.

Symbol beating Innovation 4-0 will likely cause the TL site to break down, a quarter of users on suicide watch, and tasteless wondering where he went wrong, while artosis will be rushing and pushing towards a special broadcast of Meta if he pulled it of. The greatest tragedy ever.

It was kinda depressing as a Woongjin fan, and because Ro4 is almost always better than the Finals. So either this is going to be an amazing finals that breaks tradition or it'll be worse than Nestea vs Inca which is impossible to imagine

Rain is the most overrated protoss ever. Byun obviously overestimated him, too, which was his downfall.

That would be good. I too want to celebrate Soulkey's and Sos's advancement into the ro4 of the GSL and their combined 15-6 record against esf player that got them to that point.

Meanwhile Symbol is 11-2 and didn't loose a map agaisnt kespa players. Point ?

those two players were both Zs
and they were Shine and Soo....hardly any big names.

I was just pointing the fact that using stats of the season from players in Ro4 is plain stupid, obviously they will be in their favor. And btw for people in Ro4, 15-6 don't look that dominant...
Anyway Symbol will be 15-2 soon, and still don't drop a map agaisnt kespa players.

And if I jinx it, I don't care, Inno vs soul looks cool

Symbol beating Innovation 4-0 will likely cause the TL site to break down, a quarter of users on suicide watch, and tasteless wondering where he went wrong, while artosis will be rushing and pushing towards a special broadcast of Meta if he pulled it of. The greatest tragedy ever.

Nah. Tasteless will just say "It looks like we have a new greatest RTS player ever."
