I like Grubby, but I'd also love to see Yoda win his first tournament, especially considering he's a much better player.

People like you that don't know that not everyone knows English is what is really killing eSports.

Grubby tried to do a fake pressure to get Yoda to commit to building army (slowing his Econ) but Yoda's scan caught the robo so he knew what was up. From that point on, Grubby was playing from behind. He need the colossi to defend the first push which he did. But Yoda knew the transition time for storm and hit a great timing. He even had ghosts out just in case.

Having a personality is great...but I much prefer excellent play to anything else.

Just enjoy the games and you will have fun...but that would be to easy, right?

I care little about the personality of a player. Very much prefer the better player getting through. As much as I love Grubby, I fucking love watching YoDa/high level play.

Tournaments are not dying out, in fact, people complain there is an overflow of them. Look at this one, a relatively minor one, yet is racking in 30k viewers. And I for one prefer skill way over personality.

AFAIK no tournament comparable to IEM has died, so talking about their cause of dead seems rather stupid. If you took a step back and looked at the tournament you would see that people are still very excited. Only people trying to find something to complain about is having a bad time.

YOU prefer a talkative chobo, don't speak for me by saying "people". Sick timing by Yoda, I'm impressed with the fight Grubby put up but more by Yoda's great play in that last game!
