You know, I hate to break it to you but apart from spaniards, nobody takes special notice when Lucifron is playing VortiX...
I can understand how you would think it's fixed when it's a live event and there's a main stage and you can hype things up with it, but I don't see how you would think it's relevant in an online tournament... what gain could the organization expect from it? How is Lucifron vs Vortix better for an online tournament than say, Lucifron vs Babyknight or Vortix vs Titan?
The only real outcome you can expect is the spanish whine that is here...
You should take that into account while theorycrafting your conspiracies imo.

I ve seen 2 Hero vs Taeja this year, and all have been at 4r finals.
Sure that if Taeja had to play against Hero, 75% of the tournments before bracket stage, Liquid Team staff and fans would be at least not happy.
We see 239 Lucifron vs Vorutx per year, because they are finalists in every spanish tournament. We don t like to see them fight every firts round.

The fact alone that ToD is casting this makes it great, and since there is plenty of different match-ups left it makes it so much better :D.

well first off they are both brothers so obviosly they could fix, however in this case i say its bullshit to say that its fixed
