The 4-1 win by Violet was two games where Stephano had awful muta defense, missed 5 minerals for a spine cheese, and got 10pooled allin.

The main reason Stephano has subpar ZvZ vs his other matchups is just reading the game and understanding the matchup. With his APM, mechanics, and multitask it should be extremely strong and it may just be soon.

Alternatively it could trigger a fire inside to keep wanting to improve so that you can eventually beat him. Symbol displayed this in the GSL this week by beating his nemesis - Seed. Sure Stephano has a fighting chance against Violet, but if you have to weigh the odds, the odds are certainly in Violets favor in according to match history.

EDIT: Hero is 2-6 vs Stephano at LANs and yet ppl think he has a decent chance.

PvP has always been HerO's bogey matchup if Feast has a good day he could cause an upset.
Second match is Sase vs Moon - Moon is Moon, he's either godlike or godlike terrible, ZvP is his worst matchup so he'll need to be godlike mode and then he can go on to face his favoured matchups and actually go far in the tournament.
