I genuinely hope that TLO is able to show some good results. He trained non stop.

(not saying he is chanceless or anything, but Taeja and Hero ought to be the favorites here)

Last time Stephano and Taeja played together in an official match Taeja got stomped, same for Hero...

viOLet is the only korean in this tournament that scares him i'm sure.

Last time Taeja and Stephano played it was only 1 game (BO1 means nothing) and 4am Korean time. Earlier that day he had his Code S group (which he destroyed). It would be safe to assume that Taeja did not prepare at all for this match, and only did it out of obligation to his team as it was a team league match in the IPTL.

I'd say it can go either way with the slight favor to Taeja, but it really depends on whether Taeja is solely focusing on GSL as he is in the RO8 now and just doing this for pocket money or not.

4 am Korean time is an excuse, but saying that Taeja didn't prepare for Stephano is useless because Stephano didn't prepare for Taeja, either.

Well, when people say Lucifron is better than forGG, it does make me lose hope in these threads, but too many of my favorite players in here for me to pass up on it.

forgg is not *that* good

Hopefully Stephano makes it far. The kid is just a absolute freak by this point. Rotterdam saying that Stephano didn't play one game the 6 days he was with them and then going and winning WSC is insane.

Stephano fighting!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :D

Neither is Lucifron, he won against a couple of zergs who couldnt keep their drones alive against hellions, nuff said.

There are some (relatively) intense groups though where it is not certain who advances. I, L, E, C for example. And AlastOr could pull an upset in group O and advance past Adel.

Group G will be interesting; two Koreans, one Cloud and a 12yo.

Najzmajs will have a heyday.

I think that they worked very well together during IPL4.

Despite that this is Group Stage 1, the matches can still be good

If you can keep your drones alive against a mech player the mech player is doing it wrong
