In this he did an extremely greedy early expand opening which pretty much was the reason he won the game, he just chose Immortal push as the finisher instead of the many other numerous options he had. | ||

Then salvage them in the midgame to make more barracks/another CC? Or am I saying that because I'm a noob shit who has no understanding about the game (well, I don't even play Terran and Fantasy is a progamer)? Or both? I don't know. That's why I am asking. | ||

It's just a greedier version of the reactor expand to reflect the generally greedy gameplay we see nowadays. The basic idea is that if Protoss scouts a reactor rax they are scared of all kinds of 1 base tech builds. Then instead you've just taken guys off gas and are expanding for an economy lead while toss covers their bases at home. Double expand is the greedy option since Toss are no longer slowing their economy for 1 base builds and instead just FE and react anyway most of the time. In that case you can just try for an extra CC so that once again, while they may be playing more economically, they're still having to cover their bases while you power an economy lead and dominate the mid/late game. Making and filling bunkers is definitely a very useful talent toi have though. | ||
