As usual, don't player bash, don't flame, and don't balance whine. Failure to heed this warning will have consequences. |

I mean I know he's against MVP, but still, I'm surprised he got this far into the tournament with this level of play, unless he's just playing bad today or something.
Nope, not really better than this. I guess he does normally rebuild infestors at least.

I think the Koreans were just not used to this style, because Korean Zergs don't rush to BLs this fast usually.
Yeah from what I have noticed from Vortix is the really fast Hive around 100-120 food. He really takes the whole 'skipping the mid game' to heart

That is why I do not understand why SuperNova did not play bio. I think bio would destroy Vortix. Shame Taeja is not here, I would love to see him punish brutally what Vortix is doing. Noone multi shreds zergs like MMA though!
I feel like MMA would tear Vortix apart completely, he did that to Violet in Code A and Violet is usually really good.

I just don't get that at all. it's easy to tunnel vision when you are basicly at your first big event, playing a legend like mvp you're in a winning position and all that goes through your head is "omgomg im gna win, gogo" True, it's a whole different thing to operate well at high stress situations.

As Artosis said, a switch into Roaches which he could've easily afforded along with Infestors would've been a GG for MVP Yea, just cause Vortix built almost no infestors, kept bashing his head into a fortified position, while losing nearly 100 drones means MVP doesnt deserve to win.
and he still would have won if he made a couple spines and had better macro. that's the real funny part

I like how MVP just bunkers down and waits for the zergs to kill themselves. Weird that they never learn, and push into a fortified position with weaker and weaker forces. Also, vortix lost because he rebuilt drones too slow, so he couldn't make enough supporting units.

For the people talking about the 2k gas, infestors do cost minerals too and he had none

i hope all zergs will quiclky adopt this new revolutionnary metagame : no infestors

LOL tasteless!!! hahahahah
