i seriously think the only reason LoL is popular is because riot games was able to do it right and create an emotional connection watchers have with the teams and now everyones watching team solo mid and counter logic gaming wondering whos the "best in the world" etc etc such as when it was flash vs jaedong in the OSL finals people had an emotional connection to the players which made it more exciting

It's a free game. Video games are for kids/teenagers. Lots of kids don't have $60 and a super expensive computer to play Starcraft 2. Most computers can play LoL and it's free. If SC2 was free and could be played on lower setting computers, it would be five times as big. I remember a study coming out a few years ago saying average gamer age was something like 21 or something around that. Alright, but still. Free game that can be played on old computers? Kids, teenagers, college kids and everyone can get into it! SC2 is a $60 game that has to be played on really good computers and hardware. It's also a much harder game to play than LoL for a beginner. LoL is a team game.LoL is like football(soccer), cheap, masses like it, easy to understand etc. Sc2 is more like tennis. Bit expensive, individual sport, rules are hard to understand if you don't know the game.
I've always wondered what kind of masses like LoL as I've never met a person in RL that plays LoL.

by all means, i mean he CAN come back from it. but he problaby knows himself he made way to many mistakes and is frustrated at his pace of the game to even think about making an effort to come back. but yea his chances were very slime when he lost those infesters.
