I won't expect them to be on TLPD or LP2, not until they play a game registered on TLPD.
In the past rosters were taken from sc2con updates, but since sc2con was disbanded, I'm not really sure how TLPD updates their rosters, but I'm pretty sure it's pretty outdated.

I think you should fill these lineup lists from the start with each team's main roster minus the players that you believe won't be present, and add a mention such as "probable lineup" or something. People that may have more information than you reading these lists will probably tell you to correct it if necessary. I mean, it's still better to have something than nothing imo.

The lineups are from the lineups that are shown pre-game on the stream. IMO it's the best, it's all the players that CAN be played, but not guaranteed to be played.

Yup you are right it was used. Just seemed like it was a rallied Infestor because it went past the group of roaches near the ramp in order to hit the weakened group further away. Really good move despite losing the infestor.

Another Roach baneling attack is building up for Pet who still does not have baneling speed
A lot of infesters for Freaky now able to stop all the roaches of pet but doesn't attack the banelings which kill a lot of infesters
A few more fungals kill all of the roaches forcing pet to stop attacking
