No, what Blizz is saying there are't any major statistical balance issues and they are sitting back. It's a nice policy change after the many times they have grossly overreacted and nerfed things that weren't actually imbalanced.

I still think parting's build is pretty bad. I mean if you make it to the midgame you're going to be super solid, but there seem to be a lot of easily exploitable holes. I think he'd be better off with the build he used vs Polt on entombed earlier in the season, that is like the perfect way to open pvt in my opinion.
