I just hope that MVP doesn't get caught up in the whole "provide entertaining macro games against your opponent because it's good for the viewers" BS. Bitbybit, 1/1/1, 3rax SD, whatever, just win baby win... | ||

Just watched the vods, so great to see MvP coming through. Not going to even comment on the PvP series as I hate that matchup and dont even care. | ||

You should really give it a chance. Game 2 Hero vs Squirtle was the most exciting game of the entire Ro4. In fact, the entire series changed how I felt about PvP series. Also, maybe I've misunderstood something here, but I always understood cheese to be something that aims to kill the opponent by taking them by surprise, but if scouted in time should fail. Mvp did cheese Naniwa, but I wouldn't classify anything he did verse Parting a cheese. | ||

Especially, expecting from some terran fans a "So glad another Protoss didn't win!", while feigning total ignorance/innocence about the fact using such an expression could look somewhat inappropriate for protoss fans (well, actually for any objective spectator). | ||

You know, those things horses wear so they don't get distracted from the task at hand. There was a fair bit of whining in the LR thread that MVP was using cheese. Just like there is for any pro player when they use cheese. Perhaps there's just more fans chanting for MVP than most, but honestly Squirtle will get just as much flak for doing all-ins as MVP will. Which is roughly 10% of the LR regardless. A 10% you are indeed a part of. Blinders I tell you. | ||

and lately the most recommended games were 1-1-1 , 1 base , and couple of games that were not even played  i miss deserk . not sure whats going on but i really don't like that | ||

1) there have been quite some times since toss won GSL, last one was MC and it was what, a year ago? 2) for sake of some variety, GSL imho need fresh blood of winners. MvP allready won more then once, while Squirle never did it. | ||
