that is actually the size of korean money, no joke. the coins are the size of manhole covers.
Now I have seen it all. Ya. That shit was undeniably deep.
Some of those conflicts, with the infestors, banelings, tanks, vikings, marines and ultras... it felt very complex and tense. Lots going on and very micro dependent.

yes. wtf? i can't think why he did that.
Well my thinking is that he had the vikings ready to be produced and was probably going to mix them in, but then DRG went for ultras and no matter what people say, you need a decent clump of ghosts before they are really good against ultras, while rauders are always awesome against ultras given the micro capabilities of MMA. But yer later on ghosts would've been smarter since they would be a lot more versatile against those tech switches.
His viking timing would have been a pretty normal ghost-transition timing. The logic is there but, considering how the game played out, not going ghosts was the wrong choice. Like 3 of DRG's armies would have died to 8-15 ghosts =/
Guys, this was not about maps. None of the maps really made a huge difference. It takes a number of factors to be able to put tanks and thors on the high ground like that. All the games were about the players and how amazing they were. They both had opportunities to win and either would have won easily against lesser opponents. But they brought out their best and both were able to do amazing things with their armies.
And DRG def had to go for production. If he had gone for the planetaries, he would have had his whole army unable to attack the bases (because MMA would have 20 vikings kiting), thus allowing money to be continue to be collected while production would go untouched.
