Perfect. He can't have a go at me for leaving the stats spreadsheet at work :D

i think DRG didn't get those medivacs because he was chasing the thor marine mix with those banes. i think he didn't even saw this, because aftr the drop he still didnt focused the tanks with his mutas. here comes mma in play. it was his great idea to bait drg to his PF, knowing the banes will get crushed/wasted. i mean look at this moment again, he got his marines behind the minerals and blocked that small chock with his thors. this is simply awesome, coming up with such idea in that moment of pressure.

They even use the old songs Well, seems it'll be one sided, DRG will have a lot of trouble coming back from this, his mindset is crushed imoµ. At least it'll win me some good money, but I expected it would be closer. DRG is playing really bad. It's "Ready to roar!" I know, sorry :p But I thought it was ready to roll during the open season 1, and from this this stayed as ready to roll and do a barrel roll ^^

Because he wanted to chase the section of all the army with his units. It was a good time. The tank load up was out of his vision. Very high level tactic by MMA. That and if he were to right click on the medvac if MMA were to target the clump with his thors, it would have been GG as well. EXTREMELY great on the fly decision making by MMA, very very sick. That's what I call blind fanboyism. DRG was allining in the last battle, and even if he won that battle he would lose anyway. MMA just needs 20 marines to clean up everything since banelings and infestors would be out of equation. I still think terran is OP btw. DRG didn't do anything wrong but he still lost by quite margin. It wasnt even close. what are you smoking. mma completely outplayed drg in every single way, yet it was still close.
Yeah, lets not be so biased. Both played well, boxers drop was intense, his marine micro was intense. Going to be fun to see what pro gamers are going to do when they figure out that banes are rather useless vs a good terran. Siege tanks + marine micro = dead banes.

Doesn't matter if they had units in them or not, thats how you play zerg. Your muta are suppose to target the medivacs while your lings and banelings engage the army.
Yeah but don't forget he has to control his infestors, broods and banes too and maybe he was injecting and missed the medivacs, it was a lot of stuff going on. You can't expect him to look on his mutas _ALL_ the time when there is so much going on.

Well if you call sending lings/blings into a thor/marine/planetary army without infestor/muta/broodlord support, yeah. Even if he shouldn't/couldn't have seen the medivacs coming even bronze zerg players know to keep your army together.
... you really compared that move to bronze players?... and no a bronze player during a major battle like that wouldnt know better either. Neither does a platinum nor even a fucking diamond. They'll all fuck it up easily in that situation. By far.

Still think DRG has a good shot at winning here.

Game Three on Bel'Shir Beach
In the bottom right is MMA
While in the top left is DRG

Sad finals, zerg always forced defensive mode on Tal'darim. What should he have done differently? Last battle wouldnt change a thing, both sides there were taking big loses, so if zerg were on top, it wouldnt be too much of big army to be enough to kill entrenched positions of MMA. On first map, trying to punish teching with good push (which should have been done on that map), still loses. Meh.
