Okay we're going to start cracking down on people bashing players for no reason. You don't have to like every player, but at least show some respect. (as of page 402)

Well you see. This is teamliquid.net where whenever a player loses, half the people here say that the person who lost just got completely outclassed even when it's not true.

Btw I wanted Thorzain to win. Woo!

Only if they're a zerg player or it's XvP. :p

So at the end of championship pool play, final tally on Korea vs. The World (I've been keeping track since the start)

Moon: 3 - 2
MMA: 5 - 0
July: 4 - 0 (his loss was to a korean)
MC: 4 - 1
Losira: 5 - 0

Koreans: 21 - 3

If you take into account that Moon isn't even good enough for Code A, and that MC said he was extremely jet lagged against grack, I think we can end the argument here. The gap IS huge.

Korea FIGHTIN!! ^^;

Thats what lans are about...the reason why doing good at lans is hard, is because of all the extra shit pilled ontop of the players

HWAITING!!!!!! Yeah....this just sums it up pretty nicely. Koreans are good and generally a cut above. However, Some foreigners like Idra, T-Zain, and Naniwa are near the top as well!!

what did he do yesterday?

he got so much credit for the idra.vs.MC match, yet it was lucky.......
I mean, he lost like 4 overlords full of hydra/roach and dropped the rest of his units into forcefields AND STILL won because protoss without splash damage units is incredibly useless.

rofl this is funny because its true

I didn't realize that was idra's fault he was playing better then MC?

Quit making excuses for Koreans. Freaking hate this. First its the server lags from cross country, then MLG decides to fly Koreans over for LAN, BUT NOOOOO That's not good enough for you. Now they have jet lag. Freaking deal with it. Top foreigners can easily take out Koreans, they aren't fucking Gods.

Also this makes it looks like koreans are gods while in reality atleast 50% of those went 2-1. So i wouldnt call it complete domination

If we're discounting moon, that means we have (according to TL's big ranking) 4 of the top 10 Koreans against a bunch of foreign mediocrities. I'm not calling them bad--but the players these Koreans are facing are mostly not in the top 10 foreigners. So, yeah, the Koreans will win. Now, put the best foreigners against Korean mediocrities, and you'll get the same results.
