I just feel that (based on the one cast ive seen from him, nasl day 1) gretorp doesnt add a lot to a cast, and tended to repeat incontrol way too much. That's really my only gripe on NASL so far, which is so minor in the grand scheme of things. Hope we get some good games tonight. Almost exactly how I feel as well (except I do rather like inControl). Gretorp is really knowledgeable, but he feels hesitant and awkward as a caster. I think he'll improve as the season goes along, and so long as the games keep being awesome it really doesn't matter.

IC's angry personality (or immaturity- whatever you want to call it) has overshadowed the one sotg I watched and yesterday's casting a bit. Actually maybe IC-diggity would be best. IC for the analysis, and diggity to keep things professional. angry and immature is just so far offbase, he's outgoing and just has a big personality.

Gretorp is much more professional with Diggity...who's always professional ^^ Today's casting seems much better than yesterdays already. Can't wait to see the last game - yesterday Incontrol seemed sort of down, so I'm guessing Ensnare beat him.

Though I'm not familiar with either, that's a great call. Mixing professionalism with goofiness is a potent combo in any competitive casting arena. The apotheosis of such: John Madden + Al Michaels. Madden served as the "player's perspective" analyst, and he was "immature" and funny. Al Michaels served as the "more professional guy" that kept things moving, kept Madden on track, and provided interesting tidbits and statistics.
