[NASL] Players (final) - Page 60

Players such as Jinro, HuK, and Adelscott did not apply for this tour, so don't ask why they aren't on this list. DIMAGA, Kas, and LaLush turned applications in late so they will not appear either. Please take some time to learn who exactly applied.

Please inform yourself about who applied and who didn't.

He's better than Sheth actually.

His name is cheesemaster.

iNcontroL

Painuser

Thorzain
Ret

I would be suprised if these big names aren't announced by the end.

They probably chose the players before the TSL games, so I think Thorzain won't be in this league.

Not that there aren't good players in it, but the real top of the top is still missing and there are plenty of players with next to no achievements (minus artosis, he's awesome.).

Most of the players in this tournament play those small weekly tournaments it seems like thats where they pulled alot of their players from alot of these players dont have results in big tournaments its kind of strange that they wouldnt go for people with top results at big tournaments. Also no Kas yet, if they plan to invite a reasonable amount of top koreans i think some more deserving NA and Eu players will be left out for players like "machine , catz, Cloud, Sheth (im in platinum and ive beaten sheth in a custom before =/) and kawaiirice, some big names will be left out in the place of these sub par "pro's" i love artosis but im gonna add him in there as well even though i think he will do better than the other players i named even with less time to practice.

Why do people always name cloud as an undeserving player. He won 2 expensive notebooks in the last month (Fnatic cup and XMG Series), defeating players like Sjow (3-1), Strelok (2-1), Mana(2-0 and 1-0), HasuObs(3-0). He also placed 2nd in the german EPS where he won against Demuslim in the winner- and loser-bracket and many top player speak very highly of him.

I think he is also a player who makes the last group so dangerous.

Okay i actually didnt know very much about cloud that does sound deserving indeed, i take back cloud, i do know enough about the others to say there tournament results are lackluster though. Kawaii did well in GCPL i think but that alone shouldnt be enough.

Looking at the list of players yet to be invited, they've to make some really tough choices if they intend to include more than 5 koreans. Of course there's still the possibility of increasing the amount of players from 50 to 64

I completely agree, im not saying its some huge feat, it was just something i threw out there im pretty sure most pro's would beat me 10/10 times, its not like i cheesed him hard it was a stargate opening. Sheth has won 2 gosucoaching weekly's and gotten second in a craftcup all of those acheivments were in 2010 he hasnt really placed well in anything recently and i dont see why he got in the league that was all i was saying, i put it in brackets for a reason it was just something else to note as a reason i dont think he should be in the league.

Main reason is obviously results though regardless of what happened in our meaningless custom game lol.

They've never said it's a possibility, no, but I don't see why it would be impossible. Also it wouldn't be likely be 64, but maybe 55 or 60.

Remember that the bottom 16 of this divisions have to basically re-qualify. And I can only imagine that the qualification will be difficult for anyone.

That's a pretty fair list. I'd be confident in assuming that iNc, Morrow, Ret, and Dimaga are in. Painuser, Moonglade, and Demuslim are "likely", but I'd say that Thorzain is "doubtful".

More "on the bubble"/yet to be announced players might be :

Strifecro
Minigun
Drewbie
vVvTime
LZGamer

Assuming (a big assumption) those 13 "likely" players between our list, they'd still have room for 7 of those to be Koreans. (Would poop myself a little if they get MC, Boxer, Zenio, Top, July, Squirtle, and Cella)

Yea i was talking about this earlier, how that in the second and third season we will probably see more top quality games as the bottom 16 get knocked out and new players rise from the open tournaments. I hope korean players will be participating in these open tournaments as there are still quite a few names left out from NA EU so i cant see more than 10 korean players at the moment, probably less.

No nada? that would be a shame to include zenio, cella (i know everyone on TL loves him but hasnt really had many results) Top, or any of those NA players above Nada
