It seems like the groups posted here: http://www.copenhagengames.com/r/22/group/ramme.php?file=Razer_Domination.htm are different from the ones in the news post that was linked here: http://www.copenhagengames.com/news/41/

Can anyone verify which groups are the correct ones?

to my knowledge the players will get special headsets and in addition they can use inears. That a pretty good combination in order to make sure that they can't hear the casters. Totally agree with you though that the players area is very close to the casting booth, but with headsets provided for the players that are being streamed it shouldn't be an issue

I really hope this tournament runs smooth without too many issues. The people behind Copenhagen Games are very experienced in hosting big lan events but it has been mostly Counterstrike.

I find it really hard to believe that "special" headsets will block out all sound from the surrounding area. Khaldor, you may have to whisper when casting, hehe. Or just speak german so a lot of players wont understand you.

Well, if you combine Headsets with inears it works fine in general. In the end the admins have to try to take care of the problem if need be, but I dont think itll be an issue.

Just setting up the stream and making sure everything will run smooth later on. Looks good s far and the lan will be open to the public in about half an hour. We are going to take some video footage as well and will upload a video when we are done with the settings.

The stream issue is probably related to own3d bandwidth or the LAN's outbound, im not even using 1% of my 100/100 line and i've got some minispikes aswell...
