User was temp banned for this post. Cry more fanboy. It was a great strategy, well executed, and fun to watch. Idra isn't going anywhere he is gonna to stomp people in the losers bracket. Yeah, three times in a row, it gets more and more fun! *sarcasm* Kinda like watching Idra do the same builds over and over again, right? Zerg only has 2/3 (depending if you could hydra as early) early game units. IdrA would love to use more, but nobody wants to pass 10 minutes vs him, he's forced into it. Zerg has enough openings to stop blink stalkers. And obviously players wont play into Idra's strength which is his macro. To be great learn to adapt on the fly, something that Idra is missing. lol, yeah, he should've magically adapted to the build and build hydras somehow. You have no idea what you're talking about. None, zero, zilch, nada. Zerg is forced to continually make units to defend, thus delaying his lair/hydra den/hydra production even longer while the protoss 1 bases. Actually, if you want a perfect analysis of the series: here it is. Although being a superior player, IdrA lost the series off two crucial miscalculations(and mistakes, one being a perfect bait by Nazgul.) Idra COULD have gotten Hydras or Lair in game3 but due to his early bust pressure failing(losing his entire army) he was forced to invest all resources in reinforcing his dwindled army or he would've lost sooner.
Oh, no doubt. I'm well aware of IdrA's poor decisions in games 1 and 3 as I've talked about in earlier posts. But it all accumulates. The worst part is even with the early aggression fail and loss of roaches he probably still was ahead until the final confrontation where he had his army split. I'm curious as to what was IdrA's reasoning. I think he felt Nazgul was pulling away and he wanted to sandwich him, not expecting Nazgul to return to the high ground since IdrA had already pulled his drones away.

Um, close position metal and kulas ravine? Idra couldn't have had a harder time in that series. Foooo, he should have know what that build is able to achieve by then. If he faces it 2 times in a row and still does not learn something from that... he should have known its dangerous. So you're going to come up with a new strategy in the middle of a series? Well, if he cannot come up with a good counter in 3 games, then sorry, but hes not that good, he just does the same thing over and over again, so that would mean, that the reason he is good is just because he puts in a lot of time in the same things that other do have less time. Sry, but thats just like driving straight forward with your car into a wall that u can clearly see is there. Come up with a counter with Zerg early game units? It's basically roaches or lings. He couldn't go hydra, because lair was late. He didn't have his natural fully running, which means the amount of hydras he could make would not be enough. His unit composition was the only reason he even lasted that long. If he had made pure roaches, he would've been destroyed by blinking up and down onto the high and low ground. Slow roaches going up and down the back ramp would've been impossible. he had awful decision making Why do people want to only think about the build, but not how he executed it, what he did with his units, how was his macro etc.
I'm not sure where IdrA's macro was at, but I wouldn't question it. I think it was the reason he couldn't get lair, because he kept spending gas on roaches. What was he supposed to do? Roaches for defense or tech to hydra and lose the expo?

And yesterday I was getting really annoyed at his commentary, when TLO sent a drone at 9 supply he was like "this is very HD esque" referring to HDstarcraft. I just don't get it, he did this a ton anytime a player made a certain unit he'd be like this is very _____ esque...but everyone does it. >_> Drives me insane. I think that HD comment was a joke. Made me chuckle anyway...
