I'm having issues finding someone to fill Karliath's vacant spot... I've sent several PM's out to people who've expressed an interest previously to join the RISING League, yet no one has confirmed yet... We need someone, currently ranked as gold, silver, or bronze, who is a regular on www.teamliquid.net , and who has a minimum of 25 ladder games played. Preferential treatment goes to those players whom are Terran, Zerg, or Random, as we have quite the number of Protoss, but we need SOMEONE. So if you're interested, shoot me a PM, and likely, the first non-Protoss who is interested, and meets the above criteria, will get in. Okay, ready, set, GO! Send me your PMs! Messaged me on bnet the other day about getting in the league when it was full hes the one who knocked me out first round of the 2nd cup so i would love to see people form the cup get in ill talk to him as soon as i see him on next And as for my BIO I am an 18 year old college student currently living in Frederick maryland I played world of warcraft for 5 years and was fairly high ranked in arenas at about 2200 I started playing starcraft when my programing teacher started a starcraft BW club at the school last year and have been very into it ever since i am going to college to be a lawyer and think of my self as a classhole a classy asshole | ||

I really haven't had much experience with RTS games outside of Command and Conquer. I previously played competitive L4D2 for about the last 6-7 months but most of the games take ~2 hours and it just took too much time with trying to practice 3 or 4 games a day. I got StarCraft2 at launch after hearing some of my online friends get really pumped for it. I played here and there over the summer but not a whole lot other than the campaign and occasional laddering. When I got to school and had way less time, I started taking SC2 more seriously considering I could easily take 40 minutes between classes and play a game or two. I've started watching pro replays and copious amounts of Day9 Daily's (and his cast on Chill vs Combat-Ex, funniest damn video I've ever seen) Edit: Oh, and I dropped from 1 to 3 because I timed out of two games in a row, and lagged and lost to a 6pool T_T | ||

I'm currently ranked 1 in silver terran player that plays 4-7 hours depending on my wins and if i get on a losing streak. I'm 19 years old (turning 20 in december) attending a local community college and getting my associates in general education and then transferring the ASU. My experience with RTS games have been c&c, about a year of bw and a couple other smaller named rts games, Having not played in the beta i feel that i am a little behind, but have watched alot of top tier terran replays and have been watching alot of streams. I'm always up for 1v1 games and I feel that i'm getting better everyday. Over the past 9 years I have been playing mmo's/fps/rts games and i feel that overall I'm generally your above average gamer, sure I hang out with friends for parties but other than that you will find me nerding out on my computer | ||
