Vivax is not mafia because he noted the same things that made me think rayn is mafia. I know he didn't actually end up being one, but it kind of makes me think that he is thinking like a townie. I'll point our later exactly what post this is. Damdred is meh because I haven't seen anything particularly scummy, but also feels like he should be doing more. FF is meh->scummy because he's been sort of ever present but not really done anything that feels like it has any value in this game. BM is scummy because his entire play has revolved about not being here. BM is usually loud and opinionated but barely exists in this game. But, these may all change rather rapidly as I read throughout the day. | ||

Back on topic: I don't see a cop claim, I see Palmar saying he found a picture of rayn near the scene of the crime, followed by rayn thinking he's a cop, followed by Palmar saying followed by rayn starting a counter attack on Palmar. And to me, it looks like rayn is overreacting to the prospect of having been copped when I'm not sure what I should believe Palmar actually is. this is a) the reason I lynched rayn yesterday, and b) something I completely agreed with. My picture was never intended to be a cop claim, it was just some random bullshit to troll rayn. However his blatant overreaction to possibly having been copped, along with how open he seemed to the idea of having been copped and ready to fight it (which feels unusual for a townie) made me want to lynch rayn. I was already annoyed at rayn and thought he was mafia, because he at some point wrote a stupid rant on how I play which seems really excessive for a random troll on day 1. I basically felt like rayn was obsessed with me and gave me way too much value, so I decided that I wanted to kill him. But even if my reasoning led me to the wrong conclusion, I don't think it's an invalid observation to make. The observation is good (rayn is overreacting), but the conclusion it led to (rayn is scum) is bad. I, and Vivax, should have drawn the conclusion that rayn is a dumbass. Which is far more reasonable. I may be completely wrong, it's usually a terrible idea to ignore my day 1 gut calls, but who knows. I'm going to try to do this anyway. | ||

So I think I'll commit to that. I'm literally conceding the game right here if Vivax is mafia. He just outplayed us if he is. Even then, it doesn't really change my current opinion which is to just lynch BM. It's only good news if you think FF+Damdred is less likely because if we can somehow eliminate that possibility, we essentially confirm BM mafia (unless you are, but I prefer not to think about that. Also, you get 100% pass or actually showing up today). | ||
