First of all - and I said this before - there is nothing wrong with his scumread on you. Apart from that your accusation is that he isn't doing anything/isn't trying to solve the game which is true for like half the game. Certainly not a townread for him but I don't know if it makes him mafia - I have no baseline for this guys play. Wouldn't mind him getting vigshot or checked or something.
