If third party wins does it mean that town and mafia lose? or does third party win condition, have an objective they have to fufill so they can win with either Mafia or town?

Sorry if I didnt make my question clear. I dont know too much about third party in mafia set ups.

Town Win Condition: You win when all anti-town threats have been eliminated.
Mafia Win Condition: You win when all threats to the mafia team are eliminated or nothing prevents this from happening.
Third Party Win Condition: ???
