I've brought a case on circumstance which is the SAME argument you used on batsnacks. But you're not trying to lynch him. Then, I've brought something super scummy on damdred. You give time for him to make his list and, when he delivers it, with a complete different format from the jay case, you dismiss the lynch because his list looks like yours.
