I literally listed 4 reasons in one post, and you quoted that post. Every last one of those things are moderate scumtells.

Hey I have to go, but key discussion should revolve around lynching kush.
Note his strange absence since he's been called out, and how that isn't explained by other factors. It can however be indicative of trying to wave the bandwagon.
He may seem an easy lynch, I agree, but it's because it's a good lynch, and I think further upholstered by the fact that there is actually no bandwagon on him at the moment.
The logic above I don't think is that particularly strong, but it is stronger than anything else I've seen, and town won't have to waste a vig shot on him later or inevitably lynch him later(as mafia, if he's town, certainly won't shoot him.)
It's in best interest of town from all perspectives.
