EPTWith those three aside, we've got the following people:
- grush - has he really never starsenses'd as scum? Does he really just tell everyone his alignment every game? I'll look into this when I get to my laptop but I guess if you play like that it may be against your wincon as scum but when we're town it would be stupid not to take advantage of it
- OO - he just shot down sloosh so hard after that fake claim, but the fake claim was suspiciously bad (ie, not remembering that DP was miller). As I see it there are two options - (1) OO is telling the truth, sloosh's fake claim was just bad because it was desperate and not fully thought out; (2) sloosh's fake claim was bad on purpose to set up OO for his watcher claim.
(2) would be really risky and probably not very smart. But it's a possibility and if it was the case, it's paid off.
THAT SAID, I think the safest assumption set here is "keep it simple stupid." I think in a vacuum given only the cc, it points to OO being town in something like 90% of cases.
The day 1 thing with oatsmaster's missing vote still bugs me though. But I feel like most of OO's play has been quite townie, although that's kind of a gut feeling ATM and not based on actually retreading the thread. Anyway I'd say that OO is probably like 90% town. - VE - some of his reads have been bad but the whole bh/hiropro situation puts me in a townie place on him. If he'd stayed on hiropro then hiro would've been insta-lynched when the safe period ran out; instead, VE ran around shouting for people to switch to BH, which probably led to BH getting shot that night. Some of his reads have been bad but I've definitely seen that from town-VE.
Anyway, all that is pretty moot because there's the thing on him from oatsmaster, which I agree with OO and VE is probably a green check breadcrumb. There's always a chance that something funky is up; but I'd put VE's chances of being town about equal with OO's if not higher. - that leaves kushnasta. I'm gonna have to look more carefully into his filter and the stuff people were saying about him last night. But given what I know (my alignment) I'm pushed really strongly to believe that either grush is lying with starsenses or kush is scum and doing quite a good job at it.
I know this probably won't be satisfying for the people who think I'm scum but it's where I'm at right now. At least it doesn't feel like there's any hurry but I'll try and get up an analysis post on kush or grush this afternoon.
