Dont listen Lord Talkien, he is probably a TSM fan.

Doublelift is still the best. I rate Rush Hour as the best bot lane in the world.

I'm a Dig fan.

I'm so offend. I'm a TSM hater. Less so now that there is no Regi, but still.

oh sorry then keke :3

I hate these little "trash talk" segments they make the players do before each game to "hype" it up. Most of the time it feels forced. Pls Riot

I think your roles are locked isn't it? If HSGG is in the mid slot he has to play mid.

Nah, Vulcun did some role swaps last season and they went in different spots.

Edit: Also remember when Regi and Dyrus swapped roles and still stayed in the same lane a couple times?

I thought the role locking was specifically due to the Regi/Dyrus shenaningans

I hadn't heard anything about that. I mean, in most cases it would just mean that the Jungler would have to be in the right spot because everything else would just be considered a lane swap. Seems a little heavy handed, even by Riot standards.

Riot enforcing the meta. They're [le]terally killing eSports.

But in all seriousness, I've never heard them passing anything in response to the Regi/Dyrus shenanigans (I'm still not sure what they accomplished with the "roleswap").

it's not so much trash talk as it is "how do you think this team is?", and then riot edits the shit out of them to build hype.

Now that i think about it, IWD baron steal literally turned the game and won it hands down for them. They got such a lucky break and was pretty well played. Kinda felt fluky tho.

lucky that they chose to do it there, not so much luck that he stole, shy burst = virtually 0 vs, a jungler with an execute, the odds were vastly in his favor to win the smite war.

They honestly need to find something else to build up hype. I've learned to tune out the pre-game hype vids because so boring.

I prefer the expose vids, where they go indepth with one of the players, or certain aspect of a team.

Yeah, i mean its ok but before EVERY single game is a bit much. Its kinda cringe at this point. Before key games or "rival" matches it might be fine

Regi is good motivator, even if i don't like him.
It helped Dyrus to feel more responsible i guess.

The SKT1 Worlds video was da best, and something that Riot could learn from.

Or OGN's pre-game interviews as a whole. The segments are way better comparatively.
