Kobe + Joe made that game significantly more fun. Best casting of the tourney imo.

The match itself was pretty bad but Kobe was really really good, I think his normal LCS casting isn't utilizing most of his potential at all

To be honest, he would divide people if he would cast every game like this. Many would just label him unprofessional and such.

They were in the evening for me. Wombat's soothing voice to accompany my last hours and then I'd sleep like a baby. He'd make even the post-tourney suscribers' ARAMs entertaining to listen to.

And it's funny to see how far those "amateur" teams (orb, vulcun) came. And the players, of course; Balls' Graves was scary.

if the SC2 scene has taught us anything, it's that you should probably give players/teams from less competitive scenes something to play for if you want to grow your game.

It's more how terriblely gated the SEA region is. The best teams aren't even playing in their major "LCS" type tournament and then they intentionally make it so that the best teams lower their chances of making it to worlds because they come from the same area. Mineski aren't the best SEA has to offer and it's really unfortunate that this happened.

GG.eu should just not be here simple as that. They are an EU team that couldn't make it in the EU LCS but managed to luck out by Riot deciding they should be part of the wildcard for regions without LCS type competition. If it was another team from say Brazil or India(IDK) think it would be fine.

Back when Aphromoo and Muffinqt would run Draven+Morgana and end up getting like 7 kills before 5 minutes (and 6 minute BTs).

Ah, those were the days.

I don't really know what this is about, but if they don't play in the riot's tournament(s), they have no reason to send them to worlds.
I don't see anything wrong here.

It's tempting to not even watch any of the games for Group A since none of them actually matter. Like, I know I want to see some TSM games and want to watch SKT vs Ozone but it makes me wonder if they'll even give it their 100% since yeah, it doesn't matter at all.
