Found a small outhouse in a small town. I could open the door, so stepped inside to find out what happens if I close the door with me inside, since there was barely any room for me to stand. Turns out, the door closes, crushing your body within, breaking all your bones. Died shortly thereafter.

I love this game.

So I'm not able to see any of TL servers in the in-game server browser sometimes, such as now. But earlier both of them showed up, then it was only 382, now I can't see either.

Are there just a bunch of restarts happening or something?

great mod, but so buggy and hackinfested -.-

i was just clearing the airstrip with some friends, and we finally all got decent gear... then someone teleports us all high into the air on some remote island where we inevitably die, even with alt f4 etc and surviving the fall by reconnecting step by step certain death because the location seems to be outside the boundaries of the map....

yay! at least i survived quite long on my 5th try and got to do a lot of stuff xD, i just hope my next death will be a tad more glorious..., at least a jason hacker, or helicrash, or some pvp <.<

For some reason it doesn't show up in-game server lists sometimes, try using 6 launcher or DayZ commander

QQ Whoever killed me got nvg rangefinder m4a1 holo, dmr, coyote, gps, m9 sd. Feels kinda refreshing not have to worry about losing gear though. Also, does anyone know what's up with the game permanently switching you to male when you join a server and how to fix it?

Did you get killed just south of Starry? If so, we heard about your death over TS. Were going for your body when someone crashed the server

Friends can game the Humanity system fairly easily I think. Get a one player to get down really far, then have a friend of that player kill them. They get the massive humanity boost, and the other guy just runs back to his corpse and re-equips. You can basically get whatever level of Humanity you want, if you know a variety of people, like here on TL.net.

If you have friends the entire humanity system is pointless though. You're probably going to kill any non-friend you run into.

I don't see the point of the humanity system, other than to punish you for playing the game as it currently presents? It seems ill-conceived.

I died at the sniper hill in elektro, was covering a friend who had just spawned and was looting, i killed 6 people there before getting ambushed by a group.
