Actually irc doesnt work for me in bangladesh, just wont connect. I guess my isp is blocking it because it worked fine on the same computer in america. Do you have msn/aim/google talk we can use?

no, for pokemon that need to be traded to evolve, or pokemon out of the first 152 that I cant get in fire red, if someone requests them I use gameshark to make them. So far this has been done for squirtle, alakazam, and crobat, i think thats all. Maybe for machoke (reach) in the future if someone requests it.
